About Indu
I am a mother of two adult boys. I stepped out of corporate life to support my family and, like many others, began my yoga journey as a student. Over time, yoga became an important part of my life, helping me understand my body, mind and breath more deeply. What started as a personal practice gradually grew into a passion for teaching. Today, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping my students develop a personalized yoga practice that supports their overall well-being.

Every session is thoughtfully adapted to the student, with emphasis on safe movement, proper alignment, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and relaxation. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I guide you step by step and create a practice that works for you.
My teaching goes beyond a general yoga routine. I focus on the therapeutic aspect of yoga, using appropriate asanas, movement, pranayama and relaxation techniques to support individual concerns and improve overall well-being.
