About Tamara
I am an experienced yoga teacher from the South Florida area. I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and I have been teaching yoga since 2014. In my years of teaching, I've taught over 2,000 hours of yoga all around South Florida to students of all ages and abilities.

My goal as a yoga teacher is to help my students connect with themselves through the practice using breath, mindfulness, and intuitive movement.
My expertise is in hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga usually combining these in a single practice depending on the student’s wants and needs.
I use a practical approach to teaching private yoga and group yoga which helps new students understand the practice and helps more experienced students understand the practice in a deeper way. I teach through intuition and based on the bodies I see in the room, so no practice is quite the same. I like to use the breath to help guide us in the practice both physically and mentally to keep us aware and present.
My teaching focuses on the whole body using traditional yoga movements as well as movements based on mobility.
