I attended my first yoga class in Orange, California at Center Yoga Studio where I was introduced to yoga sculpt for the first time. Which is a combination of power flow with two sets of dumbbells, 2-3 lbs and 5-7 lbs, to allow the body to be sculpted through varies strength training poses.
It became a love and passion at first try. I loved the challenge of the added dumbbells and the satisfied feeling of getting through each yoga session.

I've worked with all levels of students from first time yoga students, to beginners, to intermediate. Yoga is for anyone that is willing to dedicate an hour to themselves to be present on their mats. For mental and physical needs.
Have the courage to convey your yoga goals, list out your favorite poses, and announce any injuries you might have. All these items are important to guarantee a successful and enjoyable yoga practice.

Details
I offer three 60-minute yoga classes for first time students for a discounted rate of $90. Students can choose between power yoga, vinyasa flow or yoga sculpt.
All additional classes are priced as follows:
60-minute Yoga Sculpt - $55
60-minute Power Yoga or Vinyasa - $50
If interested in 3-class packages or private class with 2-4 of your friends, please contact me for pricing.
