About Diana
I am a professional Yoga instructor that received my training in Ayurvedic Institute in India. I've been sharing my knowledge and skills with my students for over 2 years. Most of my students achieved good results and considerably improved their balance, core strength, coordination and overall physical and mental health within first few months of regular practice.

I'm specialising in Hatha Yoga. I've received my knowledge from masters of hatha yoga in India. Along with asanas my lessons incorporate meditation and pranayama which are integral parts of my practice. Posture alignment is absolutely essential during my lessons and helps my students to get more benefits out of the practice.
