Inspired and deeply influenced by iyengar and vinyasa, I believe yoga is for the mind, body and spirit. Using our bodies as the most limitless vehicle to connect with ourselves, yoga becomes the practice in which the mundane becomes sacred.

I like to teach vinyasa flow; a mix of movement, strength and stretch. Challenging the balance and the mind, working with our breath and finalising always with a empowering and rewarding meditation to take the benefits of the practice beyond the mat.
