About Jayaselvar

I am a person of responsibility, honesty, and spiritual orientation. I strongly feel that for any tangible success in any learning, the students should also be responsible, eager to learn and apply what they learnt and also be honest in their dealings with the teacher.

About the lesson

My classes include theoretical section, explaining the basics of the asana and its benefits, my demonstration, followed by relevant videos. Then I will ask the students to start practicing step by step. I will guide them through the steps. Periodical evaluation will also be done - if the students are ok with it.
