About Oriana
I am a professional psychologist and dancer dedicated to the search of the internal balance and the emotional well-being centered mainly at corporal level, for this reason with the mastery of these two branches I have concentrated on the practice of the vinyasa to promote the relaxation and practice of yoga in a way simple but efficient.

My teaching method is based mainly on the repetition of the vinyasa as such so that the fluidity of the body resumes the balance that it should have by nature. The class begins with a series of breaths, mantras, simple stretches to continue with the necessary vinyasa and various poses required (depending on the yogi) to promote their well-being and internal balance.
