About Pradnya
I am a certified and passionate Yoga instructor who enjoys helping people improve their strength, flexibility and overall well-being. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience level. My goal is to create a friendly, positive and comfortable environment where students can learn, grow and enjoy their practice. I am patient, encouraging and always adapt my sessions to suit individual needs and goals.

I focus on a personalised and supportive approach, combining yoga postures, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength and relaxation. I adapt each session to your individual goals, fitness level and comfort, helping you build confidence while improving both your physical and mental wellbeing.
