About Tatiana

Being fortunate to live on Ko Samui,Thailand for 15 years I have developed my own practice at such renowned centres as Absolute Yoga Sanctuary,Vikasa Yoga Centre, Samahita Retereat as well as trained with Khun Sanya Tugwun,a creator of Foundation Yoga

About the lesson

Qualified as Vinyasa Flow Teacher(YTT 200HR) I have also completed Chair Yoga(YTT 50HR) which allows to use a chair as a prop while teaching senior students and people with sedentary lifestyle. All classes are tailored to the needs of the client.
