About Jessica

I've been practising yoga since I was 18 and got my certification from the Sivananda Ashram in Val Morin in 2013.
I've been teaching private lessons ever since. I also taught at Studio Bliss and at the RAAM with people who were visually impaired.

About the lesson

Each private class will be specifically tailored to your level and needs. I like to incorporate a good balance of standing and floor poses sequenced with a mix of strengthening, balancing and stretching poses. I also finish every class with a well deserved Savasana / meditation.
