About NV
I am a part-time yoga practitioner who has received yoga practitioner certificates from National Sanskrit University. A former district and state yoga champion in under 14 category. Practices yoga every day, with mastery in dyana mudras, surya namaskaras, asanas, and pranayamas. For people with intense requirements, I am also well-versed in Power yoga and ancient Indian workouts.

My teaching technique depends on the age of my clients. I teach yoga to kids in a friendly way by becoming a part of them, and for adults, I categorize based on their genders . Different ways of training each group , but in a friendly and understanding manner for people of all groups.

Details
I mostly prefer online. I think I will charge 750/hr for kids. 1000/hr for adults. I would like to know about health issues that my clients have generally , so that i can modify the way of doing that asana.
