I am someone who values simplicity, nature, and living with kindness and respect towards all beings. I believe deeply in personal growth and in creating a life that feels balanced and meaningful. Yoga came into my life during a time of change and helped me reconnect with myself in a powerful way, which naturally inspired me to share it with others. I am calm, patient, and approachable by nature, and I genuinely enjoy supporting people on their own journeys. I love creating a warm, welcoming space where people can feel at ease, supported, and free to be themselves.

My name is Kaya, and I offer online yoga classes rooted in traditional Indian teachings. I am 500+ hours trained in India and teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and dynamic yoga combined with deep meditation and breath awareness. Each 45–60 minute session is thoughtfully designed to release stress, calm the nervous system, and gently build strength and flexibility. My teaching style is grounding, spiritual, and beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and modifications for all bodies and experience levels. These lessons are especially suited for busy professionals, beginners, and anyone seeking stress relief, balance, and a deeper connection to themselves. All levels and ages are welcome.
