About Shrutam
I am a certified RYT 500 yoga instructor with extensive experience in training yoga teachers. I have trained more than 2,000 trainers in RYT 200 programs across the globe. I am also certified in Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga and Face Yoga, with additional training in Mat Pilates and Nutrition. My approach is practical, personalized and focused on helping students build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through yoga and holistic well-being.
