About Teresa
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with experience teaching kids and trauma-informed classes, as well as all-level adult classes. I have training in prenatal and other special circumstances. I teach proper alignment and breathing and mindfulness techniques within each class, to enhance the take-home de-stressing benefit.
