About Khushabu
Through consistent yoga practice, I was able to improve my health, build strength, flexibility, stamina, and overall well-being.
I have completed 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, along with Meditation Teacher Training. Over the years, I've helped more than 200 students achieve goals such as holistic weight loss, PCOS and PCOD management, sciatica relief, and stress Management.
I’m especially passionate about teaching pranayama and mindfulness techniques to teenagers, helping them manage academic stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience.
