I am a dedicated yoga teacher and physical education professional with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in yoga science. My journey in movement is rooted in the belief that yoga is far more than physical postures—it is a complete science of holistic health, mental clarity, and physical vitality.
I share my knowledge to help practitioners cut through modern fitness noise and build a grounded, sustainable relationship with their bodies.
