About Bijal
I am a certified kids yoga instructor with a 95-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Certification and a 200-hour TTC from the Art of Living’s Sri Sri School of Yoga. I chose to teach children because I believe every child deserves to grow happy, healthy, and stress-free in today’s fast-paced world. Through yoga, stories, mindful movement, and relaxation, I create a safe and joyful space where kids build confidence, focus, and emotional well-being.
