Namaste Everyone! I am Aarti Jain and I am so grateful to be sharing this practice with you. I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and have a certificate in Yoga practice and also completed Masters in Yog and Science of Living. I believe in its transformative power that can help us cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
