Specialization in Yoga with Children

I work giving classes in cultural spaces of the city of Rosario. I also worked giving classes in parks and squares, with the intention of multiplying healing experiences.
Currently I am dedicated to home classes (only women), especially for people with reduced mobility.
In case you are interested, we can specify a first interview where you tell me what you need and what you expect from yoga classes, and we set a schedule for regular classes.
I recommend at least once a week, an hour and a half. It can be in the morning or in the afternoon.
You can also set classes by webcam.
In both cases, the fees can be discussed.

About the lesson

The regular practice of Hatha Yoga promotes flexibility, concentration and love. As for people with reduced mobility, little by little they improve their quality of life, regaining control over the body and greater fluency of thought. Likewise, children find in yoga a space for discovering the possibilities of their own bodies, in a search for harmonious connection with their peers and with themselves.
