About ROgan

I'm a sports and fitness fanatic who lives in Cape Town, RSA. I have a deep love for helping people who struggles to lose weight and who would like to get into shape.

I personally was over weight for a long time in my life until I had enough. I decided to turn my life around , which I have and now I'm wanting to help others who are needing the same help.

About the lesson

My one on one lessons are not complicated, its easy to do but it takes hard work. all sessions requires 60min a session and depending how often we work together ,I will have a full workout and nutrition guide point.
