About Graydon
I am a practicing personal trainer for for 4 years and counting. I am passionate about kickboxing and lifestyle training. Fitness should be something you enjoy and can do till your are grey and old.
I stay fit so I am able to do all the things I love like hiking, camping, surfing, snorkelling and kickboxing
I am passionate about people and helping them reach their goals.

I take out the hassle of going to the gym for you. I bring all the equipment. Design a workout plan specifically for you and I’ll be with you face to face for every session coaching and guiding you.
I specialise in boxing and kickboxing as well as functional kettlebell training.
I offer nutrition advice free off charge. I bring the whole package.
