I’m Caleb. South African dancer, with a number of competitions worldwide and nationwide under my belt. I’m looking to inspire the new generation of dancers to keep going and be a sense of hope that there are careers in this industry besides just music videos etc.

Lessons differ depending on the type of course you’re applying for. But all sessions consist of a warm up and cool down session. In all classes you are taught about body awareness and injury prevention. Also during cool down we work mainly on mental strengthening.
