About Ivy Ciara
Eversince I was a student, my classmates always come to meespecially during exams and quizzesfor a brief tutoring session on the lessons. I am not always the best but I always receive a feedback that they understood more the lesson through the way I taught them. Also, not everyone learns the same way. Hence, we would first determine the pattern of your learning rather than imposing a system or manner of teaching that does not allow you to fully grasp the lesson. It's about recognizing the theories and fully understanding them in orderfor the lessonnot to sound technical but more enjoyable.

My way of teaching adapts with every student because I believe each has their own way of learning. However for Maths and Engineering with lots of solution-based and alternate ways of coming up with theanswer, my approach lies on constant practiceand answering of problem sets. It's not about memorizing the formulas but more about learning how to derive formulas to come up with the answers.

Face-to-face Tutorials (Tutee's own house or any agreed study area):
- 200/hr (middle school to high school topics)
- 350/hr (college chemistry, engineering maths)
- Transportation fee courtesy of the tutee
Online Tutorials:
- 200/hr (middle school to high school topics)
- 300/hr (college chemistry, engineering maths)
First session with me is free for one hour, subsequent hours will be paid in indicated rates. Any teaching material I will provide is free.
