About Angel

Music has been the constant beat of my life for as long as I can remember, but stepping into musical theater three years ago transformed my passion into a true craft. Through years of vocal practice, intense rehearsals, and stage performances, I have developed not only deep technical skills in singing and acting, but also the discipline and structure required to perform at a high level.
Now, as a sixteen-year-old performer, my focus extends beyond my own artistic growth to mentoring the next generation. As a tutor, I combine real stage experience with structured, safe vocal mechanics to help younger students unlock their full potential. Every lesson is designed to build foundational technique, refine performance skills, and cultivate genuine stage presence. Dedicated to professional standards and patient guidance, I am committed to helping young performers find their unique voices and step onto the stage with unwavering confidence.

Teaching music and theatre is about far more than just hitting the right notes or memorizing lines, it is about creating a space where young performers feel safe enough to take risks, trust their voices, and discover what they are truly capable of achieving. Having spent my life singing and three years immersed in the rigorous world of musical theatre, my approach to teaching combines structured technical fundamentals with deeply personal, encouraging mentorship.
Every journey in my studio begins with building a rock-solid foundation in vocal safety and core mechanics. Before we tackle a challenging solo or a dramatic scene, I make sure my students understand the how and why behind their technique. We focus on proper breath support, posture, pitch accuracy, and diction. Vocal health is paramount; I ensure my students learn how to project and extend their range without straining their voices. By breaking down complex techniques into clear, manageable steps, I demystify the art of singing and make progress feel achievable for every student, regardless of their starting point.
However, technique is only half of the equation; true performance comes from authentic storytelling. Once the vocal framework is secure, I guide my students through character connection and stagecraft. I encourage them to ask questions about the characters they portray: What does this character want? What are they feeling in this exact moment? By teaching students how to bridge vocal technique with acting, I help them turn a simple song into a compelling narrative. I treat stage fright not as an obstacle, but as energy that can be transformed into focus and expression, coaching them through performance anxiety with practical exercises in grounding and confidence.
Above all, my teaching philosophy is rooted in empathy, active listening, and celebration. Having been a student looking up to older performers, I know how vulnerable it feels to stand up and sing. I meet each student where they are, adapting my teaching style to match their unique personality, learning pace, and goals. I praise their effort as much as their achievement, building an environment where mistakes are viewed simply as steps toward improvement.
My ultimate goal as a tutor is not just to cultivate better singers and actors, but to help young people step off the stage carrying a lasting sense of self-assurance that serves them everywhere in life.
