About Amelia
I am in year 2 of my medical degree, achieving 12 GCSE’s (mostly iGCSE), with mostly A* and some A. I achieved 3A’s at A level. I have also completed UKCAT achieving a high score in that and Band 1. I worked in a preparatory school for a year so have experience teaching children 4-13 in all subjects and I also volunteered in a primary school teaching maths and english.

I believe a teaching method should be flexible based upon the individual you are teaching. Everybody learns differently so I don’t think I have one style of teaching. I am able to adapt for kinetic learners, visual learners, social learners etc so they learn in the way that suits them best. I believe repetition and consistency is important to any type of learner. As much as it is satisfying for someone to learn and pick up a topic quickly, I understand that isn’t always possible and am willing to commit the time it takes to understand a topic in depth
