About Pedro Oliveira
He attended a degree in Tuba, at the School of Applied Arts (ESART) in the Tuba class of Professor Ilídio Massacote, where he also completed the Master in Music Teaching - Tuba. He worked with teachers such as Mike Forbes, Gene Pokorny, Anne Jelle Visser, Oren Marshall, Daniel Perantoni, Jon Sass, Robert Tucci, Roland Szentpáli, François Thuiller, Sérgio Carolino, Adélio Carneiro and Nuno Machado. Currently, he is a soloist A in the Cascais Symphony Orchestra, in the Cascais and Oeiras Chamber Orchestra, in the Atlantic Coast International Orchestra (Atlantic Coast Orchestra), in the Classical Orchestra of Fátima and stage reinforcement of the Portuguese Symphony Orchestra of the Teatro Nacional de São Carlos. He is a tuba teacher at the Cascais Conservatory of Music, the Conservatory of Arts at Canto Firme de Tomar, the Regional Conservatory of Castelo Branco, the Conservatory of Music Sons and Compasses in Sintra in the project of the School Orchestras of Sintra and professor of the class of metals and conductor of the youth band at the School of Music of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia Music Band in Arruda dos Vinhos.

My methodology is based on creating routines in the student if they don't already exist and helping to improve performance in the preparation of auditions, recitals and tests; accompanied study, always adapted to the student's needs. Classes in the Lisbon area and downtown area with availability always to be agreed.
