About Riaan
As a professional in both the medical and fitness fields, I am confident that the quality of my work will speak for itself in helping you achieve your goals. I obtained a BA in Sport Science from Stellenbosch University in 2016, followed by an Honours Degree in BSc High Performance Sport Science in 2017. In 2019, I began studying towards a BSc in Physiotherapy, which I completed in 2022.
I have worked with individuals of all ages, strengths, and abilities. I'm no stranger to starting from the ground up, and I will work with you every step of the way to achieve your goals.
