About Georgia
My initial interest in education was sparked whilst volunteering in a local primary school. I worked with children ranging from Early Years Foundation Stage to Year Six, including those with Special Educational Needs and English as an Additional Language. I have had teaching experience in Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 as part of my University course and feel that I have the confidence and knowledge to support children in their learning journey.
I am inspired by children’s eagerness to learn and would be privileged to support your child in their education by motivating them to try their best and meet their goals. I feel that I can encourage an engaging and fun environment for children to enjoy and reach their full potential.
I believe that my knowledge, experience and positive attitude enhance my ability to tutor a variety of subjects. I am a motivating, engaging and supportive tutor who is able to tailor sessions to suit the individual needs of each child or young person. I have a good working knowledge of the National Curriculum with experience of teaching Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 in several primary schools. In addition to my Primary School experience, I also have experience working as a tutor for pupils up to GCSE level in Mathematics, English Literature, English Language, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

I base my tutoring solely on the individual. I endeavour to promote progress and enjoyment throughout, at a pace that is suitable for each person. I give lessons from early years education up to A-Level andenjoy every session regardless of level!
