About Silas

I am a retired Army musician. I have performed all over the world. I performed with the Seoul Symphony in Korea, created the National Youth Orchestra in Panama, and taught students all along the way. As an Oboe player I served over 20 years in the Army Band, and now play all over the Southeast.

About the lesson

Lessons with me are fun and creative. I work with your unique needs providing lesson plans that focus on what you want to learn about your instrument and style of music you wish to play. I work with students to help them love music, master their instrument, and find their artistic way through the world.
