About Liezl

Owner of a small bakery, supplying other stores and specialised in themed cakes, macarons and desserts. Completed a 3 year internship in Culinary Arts and have been in the industry for 12 years and train students in my bakery during their practicals.

About the lesson

I can teach you easy ways to bake, even when it is a complicated product like macarons. I have learnt many basic tricks in baking to make it simple to complete, yet full of creativity and love! I enjoy teaching others what I have learnt.
