About Bahar
I am Bahar Barkhordar, a professional musician, researcher, author, and music educator with over 22 years of teaching experience.
I hold both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, one of Iran's most prestigious institutions.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated my work to music education, piano pedagogy, and the preservation of Persian music, helping students of all ages discover the joy of learning music.
I am the author of seven published piano books, all of which have been reprinted numerous times in Iran and are widely recognised by students and music teachers.
Among these publications:
* Three books are innovative and enjoyable piano methods specially designed for children, making learning both fun and inspiring.
* Four books focus on Persian piano and are regarded as pioneering publications in this field. These books are taught in universities across Iran and have become important educational resources.
Alongside teaching, I am a professional Tar and Setar player.
For more than 15 years, I studied with some of Iran's most distinguished masters of Persian music. During my performing career, I have appeared as a Tar soloist in numerous orchestras and concerts throughout Iran and internationally, helping to introduce and promote the richness of Iranian music and culture.

With more than 22 years of teaching experience, I have successfully taught students from young children to adults, from complete beginners to advanced musicians.
My lessons combine academic teaching methods with an enjoyable and motivating approach. Students quickly develop the ability to:

* Build strong technical skills
* Perform a wide variety of pieces
* Enjoy practising and making music
I believe that learning music should be inspiring, rewarding, and enjoyable from the very first lesson.
