About LIV
I am a CNA practicing at a hospital ER in VA. I am a recent college graduate with a pre-med degree, and will attend medical school next fall. I have supplementally instructed general biology, anatomy and physiology while I was a student at the university. I have also taught a supplemental course in Algebra and Pre-calculus. Additionally I have tutored for 6 years in the following subjects: Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Calculus for Business, and Calculus for Life Sciences.

I believe that math is a fun topic and can also be a fun subject to learn. I build my lessons on each individuals current skill level and their basic knowledge of the subject at hand. I will always start by making sure I know what my students know and not just start teaching. Throughout each lesson I will continue to check in on the student to make sure they have a grasp of each topic before the lesson concludes.
