About Aymará
I am a contortionist circence; Previously, I completed the professional career of Circus and Dance at the Circo de las Artes, in addition to taking flexibility and dance classes at various other institutions. I work both in events as a circus artist, as well as giving group classes, individuals at home and currently ONLINE, both inside and outside the country.

The class always adapts to the students depending on their level and needs. We always start with a little warm-up in general, starting from the wrists and feet, all the way to the spine. During the rest of the class we work on the different muscle chains, emphasizing what most requires it. In the class, different techniques will be combined, both sports gymnastics, such as dance, Barra a Terre, and stretching. The work always goes from responsibility and body awareness. Each body has its times, and they are all different, but absolutely EVERYONE can be overcome.
