About Rushdha
I am Rushdha Shirin, a qualified educator with a PGDE, committed to supporting students in a structured and encouraging learning environment.
My teaching style is patient, professional, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building strong foundations in English, Mathematics, and Science while helping students gain confidence and independence.
With experience in both home tuition and classroom settings, I ensure every lesson is well-planned, goal-oriented, and focused on real progress. My aim is to help students not only improve academically but also develop a positive attitude towards learning.

My approach to tutoring is student-centered, engaging, and focused on building confidence along with academic success. I believe every child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s pace, strengths, and learning style.
In my classes, I use a mix of interactive techniques such as guided practice, questioning, real-life examples, and simple activities to make concepts easy to understand. I focus strongly on core skills like reading, writing, comprehension, and numeracy, while also encouraging critical thinking and independent learning. For younger learners, I incorporate fun elements like games and visuals to keep them motivated and involved.
A typical lesson lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Each session usually includes a quick review, introduction of a new concept, practice activities, and a short assessment or feedback segment to track progress.
My lessons are mainly for primary and elementary students, including those who need extra support in English, Math, and Science. I also welcome students who require additional attention, patience, or a more structured and supportive learning environment.
