About Manoj
I am an engineer. I hold a BE in Mechatronics and spent five and a half years building enterprise integration systems for DHL, UPS and BNP Paribas, across logistics, pharmaceutical supply chain and banking. I now run a drone technology company, hold a DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate, and design and fly commercial UAV systems. I am based in Dubai and teach online.
Teaching is not something I picked up on the side. Documentation and knowledge transfer were a formal part of my role for five and a half years, which means explaining complex technical systems to people who did not build them was a large share of what I was actually paid to do. I also learned most of what I know by getting stuck and working it out with very little guidance, and that shapes how I teach: we work through real problems rather than recite theory.
My approach is straightforward. If something is within my expertise, I will teach it properly and thoroughly. If a student needs something outside it, I will tell them honestly and point them towards the right person rather than take the work anyway. Students get real answers about what they actually need.

I hold a BE in Mechatronics Engineering and work as an engineer, so mechanics, electromagnetism, waves and calculus are tools I use rather than topics I once revised. My first session with any student is diagnostic: I set questions across the syllabus to find where the gap actually starts, because Grade 12 difficulties usually trace back to something from an earlier year that was never solid. After that we mix concept teaching with timed past paper practice marked against real mark schemes, since most lost marks come from answering differently to what the examiner expects rather than from not knowing the physics. Lessons run 60 minutes, or 90 minutes before exams. I teach Grade 11 and 12 Physics and Mathematics across CBSE, IGCSE and IB, along with Engineering Mathematics and Mechanics for first year engineering students. Every session ends with written worked solutions the student can revise from.
