About Ashish
I was never naturally gifted in maths, instead worked with my own techniques that allowed me to surpass my peers. Therefore my lessons do not rely on instinct and talent, instead can be taught.
Over the past two years I have been tutoring both friends and peers in high levels of maths, inspiring new ways of thinking that put simple on my face when I found out for myself.
Professionally, I love to teach or at the very least demonstrate a way of teaching that shows consistent improvement. I have been engaged with maths since I was three and always looking at ways to further this passion.
Personally, I love motorcycles, music, story-rich video games and... Maths.

I achieved A grades for both Year 12 Specialist Maths and Mathematical Methods in Year 11 (Accelerated). With previous tutoring experience with Year 12 and Year 11s, therefore my lessons are also aimed at Year 10 - 12
With previous tutoring experience, I am able to recognise how different people learn and specialise my lessons highlighting weaknesses and furthering strengths.
My previous experience has also allowed me to accumulate plenty of materials (e.g. exams, practice exams, tests, worksheets)
My ideal lesson would last around 60 minutes, allowing for help but plenty of time to practice without monotony.
To sum up my individual tutoring, I believe that tutoring is only valuable if it is accompanied with excitement and practice.
