What happens after you've chosen a tutor and received confirmation that your lesson request was sent?
⌛ Your tutor has a maximum of three days to respond to you.
Our team follows up with tutors regularly to ensure that they respond as soon as possible, and most tutors
reply within a few hours.
You will be charged for the Student Pass for the first time when at least one tutor accepts your request. This is when the subscription begins.
Don't forget that, with a valid
Student Pass, you can contact as many tutors as you like!
