After you've conducted a search and found a Superprof you'd like to connect with, what are the next steps?
You need to click on the
“Contact” button and write a message explaining your needs. If your request is urgent or you're interested in taking lessons in several subjects, feel free to contact several different tutors!
Include as much information as possible in your lesson request (your availability, your needs, your learning level, your preferred location for lessons, your expectations, etc.) so that your tutor has all the details and can give you a considered response.
👉 To finalise your lesson request, you must sign up for the
Student Pass, for which you will be charged a fee of R199 per month.
The Student Pass is a subscription which is
automatically renewed after 30 days. It is non-binding which means that
you can cancel your subscription at any point via your personal dashboard. When you request a cancellation, you will not be debited again, and will enjoy full access to the website until the end of the 30-day period that you have already paid for. It is your responsibility to cancel the Student Pass subscription if you do not wish for it to continue.
The Student Pass fee does not pay for lessons. It is a service fee to gain full access to the website and enter into direct contact with tutors, and to cover support and administration services.
