About Paul
Hi All,
My name is Paul. I am living in London since 2014. I came in London to study and work in the music Industry. Before coming in London, I have spend all my childhood and teenage years in Brittany, France.
I am fully graduated with a French Baccalaureate as well as a Personal Assistant HND studied in France. In addition I am also fully qualified with a Ba(Hons) Songwriting Degree and a Drum Diploma studied at Bimm London.
I am highly organised, outcome-driven and motivated professional music teacher with a solid experience in one to one teaching. My empathy and my interpersonal skills enable me to freely discuss any matter of concern with both parents and students of diverse social background.
I strongly believe that music has the power to changes lives, to enhance the social, cultural and spiritual lives of people, and serves as a profound medium of personal expression.
French being my native language, I can perfectly speak, read or write it. Moreover, spending time working for the Baccalaureate has made me work on things like ;
French grammar, times, vocabulary, expressions, conjugation and everything you need to speak French really.
Finally, I am also very sensitive about how one's psychology work and how I can make the most of the time I have. No hard pressure but demanding. Like we say in France, " An iron hand in a velvet glove".

I'm a guitarist and met Paul at uni four years ago. He gave me drum lessons which allowed me to work on my timing and learn a new instrument. We spent some time understanding how subdivisions work within the grid as well as technical aspects of the instrument. He also gave me exercises to improve my coordination.
I have taken drums lessons with Paul and I really enjoy each one of them! His passion for music and dedication for his students makes his lessons very enjoyable. Paul has great knowledge in drums, rhythm, music theory and even composition.
I definitely recommend Paul to everyone who wants to improve his understanding of rhythm, drums or music theory!See more recommendations
