About Rosco
Hi, I’m Rosco Charles — a passionate drummer, marimba player, performer, and music educator with years of experience both on stage and in the classroom. I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing students across schools, private lessons, and even professional gigs, helping musicians of all ages grow in confidence and skill. What drives me is the joy of seeing a student’s face light up when something finally “clicks” — whether it’s nailing a tricky rhythm or performing in front of a crowd for the first time. Music has changed my life, and I believe in its power to uplift, connect, and inspire. Teaching allows me to share that power with others while bringing my creativity, energy, and love for rhythm into every single lesson.
