About Prem-Ryan Singh

I thoroughly enjoy helping students reach their personal and academic goals. I love the process of being able to use my skills and knowledge that I have gained and developed throughout the course of my life experiences to bring out the best in others through ultimately providing them with the guidance and support to bring out their best.
I know what it takes to excel across different realms of life, whether it be sports, academic or career, and I enjoy each of my students have a tailored and specialised plan developed that sees them gain the self-confidence and empowerment to reach their goals.
My style of teaching and mentorship goes beyond just the sessions we have together - I am available throughout the week, 24/7 and thus in-between our classes to answer any questions you have regarding homework, assignments or just general life. This is what makes my services unique, in that I am genuinely here to help you reach your goals at all times.

About the lesson

I am an experienced tutor and mentor of 11 years.

I was DUX of my year 12 cohort, with six band 6 results, and graduating with a double-degree from UNSW with academic excellence.

My stellar HSC results placed me on the Board of Studies (now named NESA) distinguished achievers list, all-rounders list and was the recipient of several scholarships, most notably UNSW's Academic Achievement Award Scholarship and Western Sydney's Vice Chancellor's Scholarship for Academic Excellence.

My professional experience has been diverse, across many different corporate jobs in multinational organisations (both Private and Government).
Currently, I lead the Business Governance and Operational Controls (including AML/Fraud) Department at a Bank. I have completed the CA Program, and am a Chartered Accountant.

I am diligent, hard-working, committed and caring, and apply these fundamental qualities to my tutoring and mentoring service. I understand the requirements for success not only academically, but across growth and development more generally. I understand the process of achieving potential and making the process of learning not only addictive, but enjoyable! My approach to tuition is heavily student-centred - a tailored and structured plan is developed that ensures students are up-to-date, confident, and can track their progress.

I have represented several state and national league soccer teams, as well as representative-level cricket teams. I love nature, the outdoors and exploring and am always up for a new adventure. My balanced approach to life has helped me to inspire many students striving to seek the same, as I regard myself as a living example of someone who has not had to sacrifice lifestyle and relationships in the pursuit of academic and professional success. I aim to help all of my students attain the invaluable skill of doing well in all aspects of their life with careful focus and commitment to their goals.
