About Christiana
Hi, I'm Christiana. I'm an extroverted math nerd who loves to teach and I'm here to help you succeed! I have taken advanced math courses including Calculus III, Differential Equations, and Linear Algebra. I am currently a Mechanical Engineering student at North Carolina State University with a double associate's degree in both science and engineering. I enjoy the challenge of breaking down complex, abstract problems into straightforward, understandable solutions. I am eager and willing to tutor math students of all levels! Whether you love math like me or you just want to survive your current math class, I am here to help! I am easy to reach and quick to respond. I look forward to working with you soon and problem solving together. For years, I have worked with younger students helping them through all levels of math with a current long-time student finishing up algebra 1 as an eleven-year-old. Most recently, I have been helping tutor friends and other fellow students in higher level math such as precalculus, calculus II, physics, and others.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all teaching approach, I explore what works best for each student. Helping others understand concepts so that challenges go from difficult to doable is personally rewarding. It’s a blast when students realize they don’t have to be a genius to succeed in math! Simply put, I am an extrovert who loves helping people. I enjoy working with all ages from elementary to college and am available to tutor for one assignment, a single course, or through a series of courses. One of my younger students is preparing to start Calculus this summer at the young age of fifteen! I would love the opportunity to put my experience at work for you.

Perfect! Christiana helped my daughter with some difficult math lessons. She was easy to work with and always available for sessions. She has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a tutor!
