I have taken personal training from Raj for 6 months. My goal was to lose fat and improve strength.
After 1st month I started seeing results in terms of strength and stamina.
With following Raj’s routine,I started seeing changes in my body mostly fat loss, muscle gain and I didn’t even find working out very hard considering I was doing weight training for the first time. He kept me motivated throughout and every day I was excited to try something new and do better.

He also advised me on my diet. Nothing fancy, just asked me to do portion control and stay away from junk.
