About Brian

Website:
(concealed information)

I am a drummer and percussionist who has been playing for over 20 years. I hold a master's degree in music from NYU and am an active composer, producer, and singer as well. I teach piano, guitar, music theory, ear training, and music history as well.

About the lesson

Hey there! I'm Brian, an independent music teacher with a master’s degree in music theory and composition from NYU. Visit my website at bravobeatsmusic.com

After many years of teaching music lessons, I know beyond a doubt that every child is unique, and that's why my lessons are always personalized to match each student's individual needs and passions. I believe in creating engaging and dynamic lessons that blend music theory, technology, and goal setting to make learning both enjoyable and rewarding for your child.
At the heart of my teaching approach is a simple idea: instill enthusiasm. I'm committed to connecting with each of my students and nurturing their excitement for music as I believe it's the key to unlocking their creative potential and fostering musical growth.

I'm happy to offer lessons in piano, guitar, drums, songwriting, and music production. And guess what? You don’t have to travel anywhere! I come to you. This means that your child can learn to play, read, write, and produce music in the cozy and familiar environment of their own home. I can't wait to meet you and your young musician and to start our musical adventure together. Contact me today to book your first lesson!

I met Brian in Portland, OR years ago. I had a great experience working with him. He understood the fundamentals of drumming very well. He was incredibly skilled on the drum set and this inspired me to become a better drummer and musician. I can't recommend this teacher highly enough.

Brian was a wonderful teacher! He was very polite and patient. I could tell he was passionate about the subject as he often shared different music for me to listen to in addition the assignment he gave me. I'm a slow learner but he always found a way for me to understand the content.
