About Creighton
Hello! My name is Creighton Ong, and I am currently a student at the University of California, Santa Barbara majoring in actuarial science, which is a specialized field of finance. I love and excel in mathematics. In fact, I passed honors algebra, honors geometry, honors trigonometry, and AP calculus all in high school with straight A’s. My teaching method involves personalized one-on-one mentoring that moves at the pace that best fits you. A typical lesson with me would entail reviewing homework problems that you are struggling with and going over practice problems that would help strengthen the areas in which you are weak in. My lessons can cover many high school level mathematics including arithmetic, algebra, and trigonometry. Although I have never worked as a paid tutor before, I have found much success in tutoring and studying with close friends for upcoming tests and exams.
