About Nathan
I have over 2 years of experience work experience in engineering and designing. I have tutored my peers throughout my high school and college career in mathematics and science. I have taken many high level math classes including numerical calculations for engineers and scientist, Calculus I, II & III and Differential Equations. I have been on the deans list multiple times. I am licensed engineer which means I have passed the national FE (fundamentals of engineering) exam.

I am civil engineering student who has grown up with a love for math. From an early age I was placed in advanced math classes and haven't slowed down since. I have a 3.22 GPA with mostly A's and B's. I have a few C's. I believe we learn the most from our failures. I have struggled in some of my college classes and know how frustrating it can be. I am not someone who learns instantly, I have gotten where I am through hard work and learning from mistakes. I apply this same methodology to my tutoring style. Through a regiment of going step by step through examples and taking short quizzes my goal is for you or your child to make mistakes with me so then they learn and do not repeat those in their class. It seems counter intuitive but I have worked in the entrepreneur world and I know how important failing is to learning.
