About Katarina
I am an associate professor at the University of Belgrade with extensive experience in education (more than 20 years), working with both talented high school students and university students. I specialize in applied mathematics, traffic engineering, machine learning, and data science. My background includes teaching at the Mathematical Grammar High School in Belgrade for specially talented kids, international research projects, and years of mentoring future engineers and programmers. I also have significant experience in online teaching, having provided lessons to students from the United States and Canada.

Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching approach is clear, structured, and highly interactive. I use a graphic tablet during online lessons to explain concepts visually, just as I would on a classroom board. After each session, I provide students with screenshots of the board to support their independent learning. I believe in active engagement and adapt my methods to the needs and pace of each student.
Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson starts with a brief review of previous material to ensure a solid foundation. I then introduce new topics through a combination of explanation, visual demonstrations, and practical examples. Students are encouraged to solve exercises during the lesson, and we finish with a recap and additional practice suggestions to reinforce learning.
