About Zara
I bring over 8 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics to my tutoring practice. I specialize in helping IB and A-Level students achieve success through clarity and structure. My focus is always on conceptual understanding, ensuring students know why methods work and how to apply them. I place particular emphasis on Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics, areas where solid foundations lead to exam success. By teaching multiple problem-solving strategies, I help students adapt to a wide range of question styles. Past paper practice plays a major role in my lessons, building familiarity, accuracy, and exam technique. I aim to develop both knowledge and confidence. My lessons are interactive and supportive, giving students a safe space to explore and ask questions. I adapt my teaching style to suit individual learning needs.
