About Miranda
Reclaim your creativity and connection to who you TRULY are through eastern Tantra. This potent practice is not Westernized and is from the birthplace of yog(a), GOA, India. This authentic practice is not hypersexual. It does, however, require courage and deep surrender. Whether you are healing from abuse, or looking to connect more deeply with your art- this practice is for you.
This practice includes breathwork, asana, and meditation practices.. with Tantric philosophy interwoven. Again, this is not westernized, so come with an open mind... so that we can quiet it. ;)

90 minute class that starts with breath work and then goes into Asana. I can always cater the practice once I learn the student more deeply. I'm happy to sprinkle in some meditation practices. Babbling is one of my favorites!
