About Hanna

I am the hollow bones, I am everything, I am nothing, I am the roots of the Earth. I am a Medicine Woman, a keeper of the Earth, a yoga instructor and therapist, a healer, a neuromuscular therapy practitioner, a daughter, a friend, but most importantly I am simply a humble woman praying. I believe that PachaMama provides us with all of the medicine we need and we can all heal ourselves and each other through pure intention, unwavering belief and a wide open heart. Unci Maka is my ultimate source of strength. We breathe her breath every time the wind blows, we are sustained by the fruits She grows, our body comes from Her body, the sun and the moon rise and set to guide us and co-create with us through life upon Mother Earth, as individual expressions of the Divine. I am here on this planet to assist others in deepening their love for themselves, Mother Gaia and all of Her inhabitants (for we are all One), to guide souls back to the home of their sacred hearts, and to unfold the road map for my brothers and sisters to awaken and tap into their own cosmic wisdom, the within gateways of true intuition, and the infinite source of the remembrance of authentic openhearted personal power. May we remember we are all pieces of the creative process, allowing evolution to move through us, finding its way back to a permanent state of Love, Beauty and Unity.

This therapeutic style of yoga is devotional breath and flow, which when practiced consistently, leads you on journey back to your sovereignty and authentic personal power by the practice and application of a combination of yogic asana and postures, pranayama (breath work), meditation, contemplation, and guided imagery to reawaken the body’s innate healing capacity, improve the flow of natural psychological processes and expand the heart to enhance overall physical well being.

Throughout this deep yet subtle practice of yoga, the muscles will lengthen and stretch while the mind becomes quiet and relaxes. By way of gentle guidance to consciously target and soften the muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia of the physical body, emotions and energy held within those tissues are also uncovered, released and transformed. This style of yoga is practiced at a gentle, fluid, nourishing pace, of which includes all-levels active flows and postures, as well as passive poses that are sometimes held from 3-7 minutes, in order to encourage the steady and safe opening of the mind, body and heart as a complete unit. By merging deep breathing with surrender, the practitioner is left with an overall feeling of spaciousness and inner peace, which also translates into life off of the yoga mat.
